1. Overview of Services

Banswara E‑Mitra & CSC Center provides digital, online, and government‑related facilitation services including applications, registrations, certificates, corrections, verifications, and online submissions through authorized government portals. Most services are delivered electronically. In limited cases, physical documents may be provided upon request.

2. No Return Policy for Digital Services

  • All digital services are non‑returnable.
  • Once a service is initiated, processed, or delivered, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • Documents delivered via email, WhatsApp, portal access, or download are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Policy (Limited Eligibility)

Refunds may be approved only if:

  • A duplicate payment was made for the same service.
  • Payment was received but the service was not initiated at all.
  • A technical error occurred before service processing.

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • The service has already been initiated or submitted.
  • Government or third‑party fees have been paid.
  • An application is rejected due to incorrect information, incomplete documents, or customer ineligibility.
  • Delays or rejections occur at the government department level.
  • The customer changes their decision after service initiation.
Government Fees Disclaimer: Government fees are strictly non‑refundable. Banswara E‑Mitra & CSC Center acts only as a service facilitator. Final approval or rejection is at the discretion of the respective government authority.

4. Physical / Printed Documents (If Applicable)

  • Returns are not accepted once printing or dispatch is completed.
  • No refund for courier delays or postal issues beyond our control.
  • Re‑printing may be considered only if the error is from our side.

5. Refund Request Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of payment.
  2. Provide payment receipt, service details, and reason for the request.
  3. All requests are subject to verification and approval.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or payment gateway.
